We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about data accuracy, process excellence, and supporting our sales teams through the effective administration of incentive programs.Onsite Work: This position is 100% on-site and in-person at our office in Waco, TX.Benefits Offered:Health & Financial: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with company match, Health Savings Account, life insurance, family hearing aid benefits.Work-life Balance: Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, volunteer time off and parental leave.Well-being: Access to our Wellness Hub and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Career Development: Opportunities for growth within the department and company via Ampli-Academy and specialized training.Key Responsibilities:Program Administration & OperationsConfigure sales promotions, incentive rules, and plan parameters within our incentive compensation management (ICM) systemProcess and apply commission adjustments in response to requests from field sales representativesServe as the primary point of contact for incentive-related cases and inquiries from the field, managing them accurately and on timeInvestigate and resolve compensation-related discrepancies and data issuesAssist in maintaining sales compensation systems, tools, and reporting dashboardsReporting SupportAssist in the preparation of sales performance and incentive data for reviewGenerate standard recurring reports on incentive payoutsProvide reporting and analytical support for leadership decision-making and performance evaluationsCross-functional PartnershipServe as a liaison with field teams to address questions regarding incentive calculations, payouts, and policiesPartner with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Sales leaders to ensure timely and accurate incentive processingContribute to process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of sales compensation administrationAssist with testing and implementation of system enhancements and compensation-related projectsMust-Have Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, payroll, or a related roleHigh attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracyIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookupsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience supporting cross-functional business partnersPreferred Qualifications:Experience with an incentive compensation management (ICM) system such as Varicent, Xactly, SAP Commissions, or CaptivateIQExperience working in a multinational or multi-location organizationAssociate or bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required)Miracle-Ear has been in business for over 75 years, providing leading innovative hearing solutions that improve lives, relationships, and communities.
