PMO Analyst

Role: PMO Analyst Location: Austin, TX Position: 1 Work Arrangement: Hybrid, onsite 2 days per week for candidates local to Austin Role Overview We are seeking a PMO Analyst to support project operations, resource management, compliance tracking, deliverable coordination, meeting management, and project documentation. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, senior leadership, and PMO leadership to manage staffing transitions, project deliverables, resource compliance, and operational activities across multiple projects. Required Skills 1+ years of experience in a similar PMO or project support role. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple project activities, deadlines, and stakeholder requirements. Preferred Skills Experience with PPM and ALM tools. Experience supporting project management and PMO operations. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding and offboarding operations for resources across projects, partnering with senior leadership and project managers to support staffing transitions. Maintain and regularly update project resource rosters. Track training compliance and send weekly reminders to individuals with outstanding training requirements. Manage background check renewal processes, including tracking deadlines, communicating requirements, and ensuring compliance. Prepare and distribute monthly resource rosters to project and leadership teams, including all roster updates. Submit quarterly ServiceNow Logical Access Reviews. Attend weekly staffing calls with senior project managers and verify staffing changes and required updates. Partner with PMO leadership to manage and track upcoming project deliverables. Lead deliverable management for two projects, including sending reminders, coordinating timelines, and scheduling working sessions as needed. Attend and document meeting minutes for separate client calls. Facilitate the weekly Friday Cross Stream Call. Send periodic reminders to resources to update project documentation, demands, and project status reports. Send weekly reminders to leadership regarding PTO calendar updates. Coordinate and submit the monthly M&O on-call calendar. File change notices, CCRs, and project deliverables in SharePoint. Submit tickets for tool-related issues, including modified support user tickets, generic request forms, and password reset tickets. Support other PMO and project operations activities as needed. Education Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
