We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to join their rapidly growing team! Description Systems Engineer Level 1 is a junior-level role responsible for supporting the design, integration, and maintenance of complex systems and infrastructure. Candidates typically have some professional experience and a foundational understanding of systems engineering principles, requirements analysis, and technical problem-solving. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to help deliver reliable, mission-focused solutions.

Required Skills

• Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools
• Agile framework experience (Scrum, etc.)

Desired Skills

• Proficiency with Cameo/MagicDraw, Rhapsody, or similar SysML tools
• INCOSE ASEP or similar systems engineering certification

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• BS Degree + 7 years experience

The projected compensation range for this position is $150K - $200K. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
