We are seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the modernization of our development environment. In this role, you will serve as the technical architect, guiding the transition from a legacy infrastructure to a modern, cloud-native platform capable of supporting advanced development initiatives, cross-team collaboration, and evolving technical requirements, all while maintaining operational continuity.

Required Skills:

• Deep systems engineering expertise.
• Production AWS/cloud architecture experience.
• Infrastructure modernization experience.
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of agency-specific cloud migration processes, including ATO and the WANDS environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CNO operations.
• Experience in CNO development.
• Enclave experience.
• Cost optimization expertise for cloud infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must hold an active clearance with a Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

Physical Requirements:

• This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time. Essential functions include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
