The position requires a scrub color as specified by the facility. The number of beds in the operating room is 815, with patient ratios of 1:1. Unit staffing includes support staff availability. Experience with diverse surgical procedures is necessary. Knowledge of equipment used during surgeries will be beneficial. Documentation will be managed through the Cerner system. A variable schedule will be implemented, with on-call requirements. Floating to other departments may be necessary. Advanced skills are needed for varied procedures performed on the unit.
