Confidential Employer. Job Description Support attorneys through all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation. Manage an active litigation caseload from filing through trial. Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence. Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents. Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, expert witnesses, and trial preparation. Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel in both English and Spanish. Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders. Assist attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom logistics. Qualifications 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal experience. Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of Texas litigation procedures. Experience preparing discovery, trial notebooks, exhibits, and court filings. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.
