Litigation Paralegal (5+ Years Experience)We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to support a busy Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney in our Houston office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with one attorney, providing dedicated support on a high-volume caseload while playing a critical role in case development and trial preparation.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct, one-on-one support to a single attorney handling plaintiff personal injury casesManage a high-volume caseload from intake through trial preparationDraft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondenceCoordinate and manage discovery, including document production and organizationSchedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related eventsMaintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring to ensure timely case progressionCommunicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counselAssist with trial preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, and witness coordinationQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injuryStrong experience supporting cases from inception through pre-trial and trial preparationAbility to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with legal software, case management systems, and Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation packageDirect collaboration with an experienced trial attorneyHigh level of responsibility and ownership over casesSupportive and team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for continued professional growthWhy Join Us:This position is ideal for a seasoned litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with an attorney to drive cases forward.
