Supply Planner

Badia Spices | Doral, FL Responsibilities Develop and maintain supply plans based on forecasts, inventory targets, and customer demand. Monitor inventory levels and identify supply shortages or risks. Partner with Procurement, Production Planning, and Demand Planning teams to ensure supply continuity. Support S&OP and S&OE processes. Analyze supply chain data and prepare reports, KPIs, and inventory analyses. Utilize ERP/MRP systems and Excel to support planning activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 3–5+ years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or related supply chain roles. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, or CPG experience preferred. Preferred APICS/CPIM certification. Experience with S&OP processes and planning tools such as Streamline, SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
