Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $29.00 $43.00/hour (based on education and experience)
• Differentials: $2.00 shift and weekend differential
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (discussed during interview)

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to medical-surgical patients during night shifts
• Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans
• Document patient responses and progress accurately in medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families about care instructions and treatments
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, professional standards, and hospital policies

What You Need

• Valid Kansas RN License and current BLS certification
• Prior medical-surgical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
