Position Summary The Route Service Representative is responsible for servicing the accounts of Medico Professional Linen. Primary responsibility is the customer service of existing and new accounts. This position is responsible for servicing a broad range of customer accounts. Responsibilities Serve existing and new customer accounts with excellent service. Maintain route books, route billing and codes. Operate handheld devices for route management. Work well with others and solve customer concerns onsite. Lift more than 30 lbs and stand/walk for eight or more hours per day. Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Maintain an eligible driving record. Preferred knowledge and understanding of linen industry. Knowledge of maintaining route books, route billing and codes. Use of handheld devices. Professional manner and appearance. Exceptional organization and customer service abilities. Ability to learn and participate in group training sessions. Education High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience Eligible driving record with at least 5 years of driving experience. Hourly Wage up to $27 USD per hour (DOE). Pension Plan. Paid Holidays. Paid Vacation. Job Type Full‑time Schedule Monday – Saturday 10‑hour shift, 4 days a week. Location & Pay Location: Showing 1 location. Pay: $23 USD to $27 USD per hour.
