We work nationwide on some of the most challenging, exciting construction and maintenance projects in the industrial sector. We are currently hiring an Administrative Support Technician for multiple sites in the US. Essential Functions Reporting to the FAM (Field Account Manager) or designee and assisting with record keeping Reconciliation of time against the site time clock Interfacing with Supervision to get time discrepancies corrected and approved before timesheet submittal Submission of accurate timesheets/time logs to the main office each week Reporting of Terminations to the main office in a timely manner Other tasks as requested by management or other supervision Carries out daily responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, client/site-owner policies, and applicable laws Collect and submit detailed records of employees' attendance and hours worked Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to read and interpret company policies and procedures Applicant will be required to work in a collaborative and team environment and meet organizational goals Employee will frequently walk; climb or balance; will regularly stand; will occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds Specific vision abilities required by this job include but are not limited to close vision; distance vision; peripheral vision Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite Employee may be asked to perform tasks which are not listed in this description but may also be considered essential for employment. Job Requirements Qualification, Education, and Experience Requirements High school diploma/GED preferred Successful candidate must possess the willingness and ability to complete and pass all pre-employment and employment screening requirements which may include but are not limited to practical skills, medical, psychological (as required by site), background and substance abuse screening(s). Must be a citizen of the US, its possessions or territories, or lawful permanent resident as defined by USC 1101(a)(20), or protected individual as defined by USC 1324b(a)(3).
