Aviation Assembler

Job Description

This role supports the manufacturing and assembly of precision components used in aerospace and power generation applications. We are seeking a dependable Rotating Machinist to assemble, wire, and inspect generator components in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, follows instructions carefully, maintains high quality standards, and can consistently meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Wire generators and related components using copper wiring
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to complete assemblies accurately
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, route, and secure wiring
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
• Maintain consistent production output while meeting daily quotas
• Inspect completed assemblies for accuracy and functionality
• Keep work area clean and organized while following all safety protocols

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production setting
• Repetitive, hands-on work at a designated workstation
• Team-oriented environment with a focus on productivity and quality

Required Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow blueprints and written instructions
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
• Ability to meet production quotas in a repetitive environment
• Good hand dexterity and comfort working with wiring components
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous wiring or assembly experience
• Experience working with copper wiring or electrical components
• Experiance in manufacturing or production

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bradenton, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
