Role Description The Plumbing Executive Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role oversees day-to-day plumbing operations, including scheduling jobs, managing technicians, and ensuring that maintenance, repair, and installation projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The manager will supervise field teams, review work orders, coordinate materials and equipment, and maintain adherence to local codes and company standards. Responsibilities include resolving customer concerns, preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting training and development of staff. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on process improvements, contributing to business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.\n
