Job Summary

This individual should have knowledge of the registration and transfer process, policies and procedures as set forth by DMV as well as internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to VITU's service level agreements and established quality standards.
• Apply knowledge of state-specific DMV requirements and procedures when reviewing vehicle paperwork.
• Under the direction of the Audit Manager, review and audit vehicle paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DMV policies, procedures, and internal requirements.
• Communicate with dealerships and state agencies regarding paperwork discrepancies, processing requirements, and resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation

The hourly rate range for this position is: $19.00 - $23.00. The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.
