As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology and media location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Using clear communication and computer or tablet tools as needed, you will support a welcoming environment while responding to security‑related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.65 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at a technology and media location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office spaces, common areas, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site‑specific procedures, supporting an orderly environment for personnel and guests. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Possession of a guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
