As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures. Prepare clear and accurate reports, maintain activity logs, and communicate observations and incidents to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
