Data Analytics & BI Analyst (Tableau) Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $120K–$140K + Benefits Interview Process: Video Interviews Work Authorization: USC, GC, GC-EAD Only Experience Required: 6–10 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics & BI Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau, SQL, Data Modeling, and AWS Data Services. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver impactful analytics and business intelligence solutions. Must-Have Skills BI & Data Analytics Hands-on experience developing BI solutions using Tableau and AWS data services. Experience working with Amazon Redshift, RDS, Athena, and Glue. Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases. Ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights. Tableau Expertise Minimum 4 years of Tableau dashboard development experience. Build interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Create calculated fields, parameters, and advanced Tableau features. Design intuitive and visually appealing dashboards with role-based filters and views. Connect Tableau to multiple data sources to deliver real-time insights. SQL & Data Modeling Minimum 5 years of experience in complex data environments. Advanced SQL skills including: Joins Subqueries CTEs Window Functions Experience with database platforms such as: Microsoft SQL Server Oracle Teradata Redshift

SAP HANA

SQL performance tuning and optimization. Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data integration. Supply Chain Domain Knowledge Understanding of supply chain operations including: Inventory Management Procurement Logistics Experience defining and tracking supply chain KPIs and metrics. Additional Preferred Skills Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. Exposure to Python or R for analytics is a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Key Responsibilities Gather requirements and conduct stakeholder interviews to define: Personas Use Cases KPIs and Metrics Data Sources Perform data profiling and assess data quality, completeness, and lineage. Create ETL/ELT transformation logic to support reporting requirements. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations. Implement role-based access, filters, and performance optimizations. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics workloads. Troubleshoot analytics pipelines and ensure data accuracy. Lead projects, mentor team members, and promote BI best practices. Deliver meaningful business insights from complex datasets.
