Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a comprehensive operational and control framework across business functions. Support daily trading activities and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely operational processes. Manage day-to-day trading operations, overseeing the full trade lifecycle from execution through settlement. Monitor investment positions, including corporate actions, cash flows, and settlements. Coordinate with external service providers, including prime brokers and fund administrators. Assist Finance with operational processes related to month-end to ensure accuracy and strong controls. Participate in treasury and cash management, including liquidity monitoring and cash forecasting. Identify operational issues and work with stakeholders to develop solutions. Improve and document processes, controls, workflows, and reporting. Take ownership of a broad range of operational and business needs. Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in operations, fund accounting, or middle office within a financial institution. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field. Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle and experience with financial products. Strong Excel skills; experience with VBA, SQL, or other data tools is a plus. Experience with financial systems, trading platforms, or portfolio management systems is helpful.
