We are seeking a Fron t Desk / Customer Service staff member to join our team at a busy bowling center! In this position you will be greeting customers, assisting them in choosing their bowling experience and collecting money. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable working with other staff and helping wherever needed. * Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Shifts range from 12pm - 12am.
* Must have your own transportation to get to and from work. Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive
- Take payments
- Direct customers to lanes
- Assist customers with any issues
- Work with other employees to ensure facility is running smoothly
- Help open and close the center for business
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to stand or walk for duration of shift, ranging from 4-8 hours. This is not a desk job, it is a position where you will be standing or walking the entire shift.
