You will build and continuously improve crisis management and business continuity capabilities, conduct BIAs, develop continuity plans, and support crisis response with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include designing recovery strategies, maintaining playbooks, and leading annual exercise programs to ensure readiness across units.
