Collins Aerospace is seeking a highly experienced Proposal and Cost Estimating Lead. This position resides within Engineering and is responsible for leading the development of Engineering cost estimates, maintaining cost history databases, and supporting cost realism analysis for Strategic Communications programs. The Proposal and Cost Estimating Lead collaborates closely with Capture Managers, Program Managers, Engineering leadership, Estimating & Pricing (E&P), Contracts, Supply Chain, and other key partner organizations. This role requires deep knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, Engineering cost estimating compliance requirements, and the ability to coordinate multiple proposal and estimating efforts in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
