Job Title: Retail Construction & Rollout Coordinator

Role Overview
We are seeking a high-energy Retail Construction & Rollout Coordinator to oversee the administrative and operational lifecycle of a high-volume multi-site project portfolio. You will act as the central point of contact for field teams and external vendors, ensuring that signage and minor construction initiatives across our retail chain are delivered on time and within budget.
This is a fast-paced role that requires a "get-it-done" mentality. You will manage the entire lifecycle of these initiatives-from project kick-offs and contract preparation to invoice approval and project close-out. If you are a master of multitasking who enjoys coordinating between internal stakeholders and external general contractors (GCs) to resolve field issues in real-time, this is an excellent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Rollout
• Multi-Site Coordination: Oversee a high-volume workload, tracking progress across numerous active sites simultaneously. Adjust contractor scheduling strategies in real-time to ensure deadlines are met and costs are optimized.
• Vendor Management: Award projects to GCs and signage vendors. Ensure all vendors adhere to agreed-upon contract pricing, technical specifications, and site standards.
• Administrative Operations: Prepare and process construction contracts (e-signature workflows). Manage the full financial loop, including reviewing proposals, approving invoices, and tracking budgets.

Communication & Problem Solving
• Field Support: Serve as the primary contact for store teams and contractors. Provide guidance on construction, electrical/plumbing criteria, and signage codes, offering reassurance and clarity when field-level issues arise.
• Reporting: Maintain regular status updates on all active initiatives. Utilize reporting tools to provide visibility to leadership on project health and potential delays.
• Technical Oversight: Review and interpret blueprints, including floor plans, elevations, and site plans. Decipher landlord and city-specific signage codes to ensure compliance during the permitting and installation process.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: 3+ years of experience in Construction, Facilities Management, Store Planning, or Architectural Design.
• Experience Baseline: Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects (high-volume rollout experience is highly preferred).
• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level capability in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Blueprint Literacy: Ability to read and interpret construction documents, floor plans, and site layouts.

Preferred Attributes
• Strong knowledge of retail store layouts, including base-building knowledge (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Experience with specialized facility management or project tracking software.
• Excellent communication skills-you must be comfortable managing phone and email inquiries from diverse stakeholders under tight timelines.
