Senior Database Engineer

Supporting core rental operations, the full-time Senior Database Engineer will manage and maintain on-premises Oracle and cloud-based database platforms, ensuring stability and performance while collaborating with application development teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Implement approved DDL and DML changes in production and non-production environments Monitor database health, performance, and capacity, acting on alerts as necessary Support application teams in troubleshooting database-related issues and assist with release cycles Required qualifications 3+ years of experience administering databases in a production environment, particularly with Oracle or PostgreSQL Experience in both on-prem and cloud-based environments, or strong expertise in one with a willingness to learn the other Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write and read complex queries Experience supporting application development teams with troubleshooting and release coordination Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and reside in the continental U.S
