What You'll be Doing:

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will utilize your extensive knowledge and advanced skills to tackle complex operational and administrative challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing sales processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving customer interactions. Your contributions will significantly impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team.

Key Tasks:

• Manage and process high-complexity orders and advanced order management.
• Develop highly detailed and customized customer quotes.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data in the CRM system.
• Design and lead advanced product training programs for sales teams and partners.
• Plan and execute significant sales events and promotional activities.
• Resolve high-complexity customer inquiries and issues.
• Create comprehensive and insightful sales activity reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance sales processes.
• Oversee the management of extensive and detailed sales documentation.
• Provide expert-level administrative support and mentorship to junior sales associates.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Expertise in using CRM systems for in-depth data management and analysis.

• Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for creating detailed analytics and presentations.
• Team Collaboration: Exceptional collaboration skills to coordinate and lead cross-departmental tasks effectively.
• The ability to work a hybrid schedule from any US office.

Compensation:
$47,600.00 - $81,250.00 USD

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
