About the Role:
Christopher's Pizza in Carolina Shores, NC is looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team! If you love crafting delicious pies and take pride in every slice, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your skills to a place that truly values great food and great people.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
• Manage dough preparation, stretching, and topping assembly with speed and consistency
• Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cook times and temperatures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace at all times
• Assist with food prep, ingredient portioning, and inventory stocking
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service during peak hours
• Uphold food safety and handling standards in compliance with health regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a pizza kitchen, restaurant, or food service environment preferred
• Familiarity with pizza dough preparation, oven operation, and topping techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent food quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
