This onsite role serves an elementary caseload of approximately 45 students, providing direct support and life-changing outcomes for children’s communication and educational success. Ideal candidates will bring knowledge and passion for pediatric speech and language development, whether you are an experienced SLP holding your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or a motivated Clinical Fellow (CFY) ready to launch your school-based career under mentorship.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License required
• ASHA Certification preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply and will be supported
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP setting highly valued
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with families, educators, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the educational team
• Foster a supportive and positive learning environment for all students
