In this position, you will manage a caseload of approximately 45 elementary students, collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to deliver assessments, interventions, and individualized education plans (IEPs). Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Knowledge or prior experience in pediatrics and school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-5 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with student goals
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of student progress and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and parents
• Offer support, resources, and strategies to families and classroom staff
• Engage in ongoing professional development, with access to mentorship from a dedicated Clinical Advisory Team
