Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patients’ unique mental health needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide your interventions.

• Engage in crisis intervention planning, including pre-crisis and crisis response strategies, ensuring optimal patient safety and care.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans promptly and in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective behavioral support plans; this may include developing risk assessments and positive behavior plans.

• Serve as a critical liaison to various stakeholders, including state agencies and community organizations, advocating for the needs of patients.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and statewide meetings to enhance your professional skill set and the efficacy of our programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals suffering from a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma. Your expertise will empower patients to confront their challenges and work diligently toward recovery, while also connecting them to valuable resources available within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license in clinical social work, in good standing with the relevant licensing board.

• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience, preferably in a similar setting focusing on community health.
