Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients both in-person and virtually, providing treatment for symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct comprehensive, developmentally appropriate assessments and create tailored integrated care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assist clients in navigating healthcare services, ensuring continuity of care through effective communication with family members and other healthcare providers.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, while ensuring that services align with the clients’ presenting problems.

• Participate actively in crisis intervention as needed, providing timely support and stabilization for clients in acute distress.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery, sharing insights and strategies to promote collective success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards while ensuring client confidentiality and safety.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Fulfill administrative duties, including timely documentation and data submission required for client care and service evaluation.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training sessions and committee meetings to continuously enhance agency service quality.

In this role, you will primarily work with underserved populations who deal with complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, candidates with strong clinical placement experience during their graduate studies will be considered. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
