Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting clinical assessments and providing ongoing therapy to clients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Providing crisis intervention when required and directly addressing client emergencies with compassion and professionalism.

• Establishing a trusting rapport with clients and working effectively within a team to achieve shared goals.

• Conducting brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitating referrals or more detailed assessments when necessary.

Qualifications\n

We require the following qualifications for this position:

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
