As an intern, you will contribute to marketing initiatives for multiple brands, including Verona Collective (dispensaries) , Maple Leaf Markets , SavOn , Wahta Maple Syrup , and more. You will gain exposure to loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, data analytics, and guest engagement strategies while learning about cutting-edge marketing technologies. Interns will gain hands‑on knowledge in multi‑channel marketing, loyalty programs, digital advertising, and data analytics while working with industry‑leading platforms. They will also explore consumer psychology, pricing strategies, and competitive market analysis to understand how customer behavior influences purchasing decisions. Through practical projects, interns will learn to analyze marketing performance, optimize campaign effectiveness, and execute in‑store merchandising strategies. Additionally, they will develop strong communication and content creation skills by crafting persuasive marketing messages across email, SMS, social media, and in‑store promotions. Exposure to project management, vendor coordination, and budget planning will further enhance their business acumen. Qualifications Work Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Passion for retail marketing, branding, and customer engagement. Strong communication and writing skills. Interest in data analysis and marketing technology. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. This position requires students to be at least 21 years old.
