The Opportunity: As a Strategy & Enterprise and Functional Strategy, Operations Sr. Associate, you will focus on providing strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends, assessing business performance, and developing recommendations to help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will specialize in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and become aware of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Responsibilities:

• Analyzing market trends and business performance to develop strategic recommendations for clients

What You Must Have:

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Preference for a Master's degree
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Organizational Management/Behavior
• Demonstrating proficiency in Business Data Analytics and Market Analysis
• Utilizing Change Management and Operational Performance Management (OPM) skills
• Excelling in Supply Chain Transformation and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
• Applying Lean Product Development and Manufacturing Strategy knowledge
• Developing insights through Pricing Strategy and Production Costing
• Embracing creativity and intellectual curiosity in problem-solving

Travel Requirements: Up to 80%

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
