Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN Case Manager to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient case load with a focus on discharge planning and care coordination.
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
• Perform admission and continued stay reviews to ensure patient care aligns with evidence-based guidelines.
• Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams to meet patient health goals.
• Provide patient assessments and coordinate any necessary durable medical equipment.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory and facility requirements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alaska is required at the time of offer.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital experience required.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records software.
• Experience in pediatrics and NICU required.
• ACM certification preferred; familiarity with Milliman and InterQual guidelines is advantageous.
