Job Description:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), Information Protection, and Cybersecurity programs.

Build and support API-based integrations, connectors, workflows, and automation capabilities across enterprise platforms, commercial applications, cloud services, and internally developed systems.
Develop reusable automation components, scripts, and data processing solutions to streamline governance and control execution.
Identify opportunities to automate manual or semi-automated governance processes and create implementation roadmaps for continuous improvement.
Ensure automated processes are scalable, sustainable, auditable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Translate governance, risk, policy, regulatory, and control requirements into technical automation solutions.
Validate that automated control outputs accurately reflect intended control objectives and risk management outcomes.
Build data ingestion, validation, transformation, and reporting solutions using structured data sources.
Develop and maintain data integrations utilizing JSON, XML, CSV, and other structured data exchange formats.
Support adoption of responsible automation and AI solutions while ensuring appropriate human-in-the-loop controls and governance safeguards.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk management, technology, data, and software engineering teams to implement governance automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), IT Risk Management, or related disciplines.
Experience designing and implementing workflow automation, governance process automation, or enterprise integration solutions.
Experience developing system-to-system integrations using APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
Ability to translate governance, compliance, risk, or control requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience independently delivering technical solutions within large, complex enterprise environments.
Experience supporting enterprise reporting, metrics, dashboards, and governance reporting cycles.
Experience operating within highly regulated organizations with formal audit, risk, and compliance requirements.
