Senior Plant Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence at the site
- Lead cross-functional teams and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
- Oversee quality systems, audit management, and cGMP compliance across manufacturing operations
- Manage budgets, control operational costs, and drive financial performance through KPI monitoring
- Build customer relationships and maintain safety and environmental compliance programs
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years operations leadership experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in sophisticated manufacturing
- Engineering, science, business management, or related field of study preferred
- Demonstrated expertise implementing Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience leading teams in FDA-regulated, cGMP, or ISO 13485 quality systems environments
- Strong financial acumen in budget management and operational cost control
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and execute strategic plans in matrix organizations
- Expert knowledge of operational KPIs, data-driven improvement, and change management
