Job Opportunity: OB/GYN Physician

Our organization is actively seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN Physician to enhance access to care at our established and expanding practice located in Presque Isle, Maine. You will become part of a skilled team comprising Physicians, Certified Nurse Midwives who handle first calls, and committed support staff in this hospital-employed general OB/GYN role. Position Highlights:

• Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy various provider schedule options that promote a healthy work-life balance.
• Delivery Volume: Participate in over 200 deliveries annually, with an increase anticipated this year.
• Shared Call: Call responsibilities are evenly distributed among providers, with CNMs managing the majority of first calls.
• Convenient Location: The practice is situated on the campus of our hospital.

Compensation Information:

The annual base salary ranges from $341,650 to $365,000 , with opportunities for additional earnings based on productivity. This compensation range reflects what we anticipate for this position and may not encompass all potential additional compensation elements, such as call pay and leadership stipends.
