Assisted Living Coordinator - Senior Living Community

Responsible for leading daily care operations in an assisted living environment, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered services. Key duties include recruiting, hiring, and developing caregiving staff, managing staffing schedules, and overseeing daily operational activities. Collaborates with clinical teams on assessments, care planning, and monitoring resident health changes, while communicating effectively with families. Coordinates with Activities and Dining teams to enhance resident experiences and ensures compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Manages team performance, engagement, coaching, and evaluations, supporting departmental budgeting, labor management, and operational efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: At least 1 year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong staffing, scheduling, and management skills Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and care systems Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and support operations The role offers a salary range of $68,800 to $95,992, along with benefits such as health plans, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and bonus opportunities.
