Human Resources Manager – Chillicothe, MO Donaldson is a technology and innovation leader committed to solving complex filtration challenges. We are searching for a Human Resources Manager to manage the Human Resources department at our Chillicothe, MO facility. Responsibilities Responsible for developing and implementing employee relations practices and strategies, including the following: Employee engagement Labor relations Wage and salary administration Selection and staffing Orientation and training Organizational development Performance management Succession planning Conflict resolution Workers’ compensation Influence, coach and provide guidance to the plant leadership team and employees regarding HR practices, policies and procedures Active involvement in grievance resolution, arbitrations, contract renewal and general labor relations Maintain adherence to the collective bargaining agreement Demonstrate a growth mindset that translates organizational goals into strategic and operational people practices Partner with Operations leadership and other key stakeholders to drive HR and operational strategies Lead investigations and propose related corrective action Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for the entire site Lead HR-related projects and initiatives within the site and the broader HR Organization Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of progressive human resources experience 2+ years of human resources management experience Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (HR certification such as SCP, CP, PHR preferred) Master’s degree in HR related discipline preferred Prior HR experience in a union environment Supervisory experience Relocation This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
