Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial concrete construction to lead projects from preconstruction through completion. This role requires expertise in structural concrete, scheduling, budgeting, and team leadership on large-scale builds.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of concrete construction projects (foundations, slabs, structural frames, parking structures, etc.)Oversee project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsLead project teams, field staff, subcontractors, and client relationshipsCoordinate with general contractors and other tradesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsIdentify and mitigate project risksProvide regular reporting and project updates to leadershipQualifications8+ years of experience in commercial concrete constructionProven experience managing large structural concrete projectsStrong knowledge of concrete forming systems, rebar, and placement methodsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salaryStrong benefits packageBonus structureLong-term growth opportunitiesStable company with consistent project pipeline
