The ideal candidate is a dependable, organized, productive team player with the ability to work well with others. The candidate must also possess oral and written communication skills and basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.**Veterans encouraged to apply.****Pay:** $19 - $21 per hour, depending on experience.**Benefits:*** No-Cost medical coverage option for our employees.* Company-paid short-term disability and life insurance.* Full array of other insurance including dental, vision, disability, accident and critical illness.* Paid time off starts accruing on Day 1.* 401(k) with company match.* Paid holidays.* Profit Sharing program.* Company provided Employee Assistance Program.* Referral bonus program.**Principle Duties and Responsibilities:*** Accounts Payable invoice coding and entry into accounting system* Interacting with purchasing personnel to resolve PO and invoice discrepancies* Interacting with vendors to resolve accounts payable issues* Maintaining necessary information to set up accounts with new vendors* Maintaining subcontractor and vendor compliance such as W9s and certificates of insurance* Reconciling vendor statements routinely* Assisting management with other miscellaneous accounting matters as needed**Qualifications:*** Business/Accounting degree or 2+ years of experience preferred.* Good knowledge of math and basic accounting principles.* Organization and time management skills.* Microsoft Office experience; Excel formulas, sorting and filtering functions.* Oral and written communication skills.* Willingness and ability to learn.* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.* Maintain a positive, cooperative and teachable attitude.* Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening.**Comfort Systems USA is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
