Customer Support Representative

Providing level I support center customer service excellence, the full-time Customer Support Representative will resolve issues and address needs for Molina members and providers remotely while demonstrating company values and improving the overall experience. Key responsibilities Deliver service support through various communication channels including phone, chat, and email for multiple states and products Conduct surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction while accurately documenting inquiries Meet individual performance goals in areas such as call quality and attendance, while proactively engaging with stakeholders Required qualifications Up to 1 year of customer service, call center, or sales experience in a fast-paced environment or equivalent education Experience with data processing and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs Ability to establish and maintain positive work relationships with coworkers, members, and providers
