Area Manager - Sparks
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Area Manager to work with ITS Logistics in Sparks. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations and leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure orders are picked, packed, shipped, and fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
Shift Patterns
3:30PM-12:00AM Monday to Friday with possible OT on Sundays and Saturdays
Peak season
Pay Rates
70000.00 USD yearly
Essential Requirements for Area Manager
2+ years of warehouse, distribution, 3PL, fulfillment, or e-commerce experience.
Previous warehouse supervisory or management experience.
Strong understanding of warehouse and order fulfillment processes.
Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with WMS, inventory systems, or fulfillment platforms.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Desirable Requirements for Area Manager
Experience with productivity metrics and warehouse KPIs.
Experience supporting food, consumer packaged goods, or other high-volume fulfillment operations.
Experience with WMS and labour-management systems.
Experience managing teams of 20+ employees.
Role for Area Manager
Supervise and support warehouse employees while maintaining safety and productivity standards.
Oversee picking, packing, shipping, and order fulfillment processes.
Monitor daily productivity, quality, and order accuracy.
Coach employees and hold team members accountable for performance.
Help manage inventory and warehouse systems while resolving operational issues quickly.
Location : Sparks.
