The successful candidate will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the Division GM and Corporate Executive Team to prepare the company for a potential private equity sale in the next 2-3 years. This role involves managing a team of 7 and overseeing all finance, accounting, and IT-related requirements, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, financial simulations, forecasting, and tax implications. The CFO will also be responsible for reporting and presenting financial findings to both the corporate and potential PE firm representatives. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration, with a preference for those who have additional experience in M&A, involvement in a PE sale, or a background in FAR/DFAR (defense/government accounting). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading, analyzing, and reporting on financial matters, with a specific focus on product and manufacturing experience. Team leadership and mentoring skills are essential, as are excellent communication and presentation abilities.
