Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in the home care setting to assess their physical abilities and limitations upon recovering from injury, disease, or surgery.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and the use of state-of-the-art equipment.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress, update treatment plans as necessary, and adjust therapeutic goals to align with their evolving needs.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and the proper use of assistive devices such as walkers or braces, ensuring safety and effectiveness in their use.
• Participate in collaborative case discussions with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care approaches tailored to individual patient needs.
• Stay updated on best practices and advancements in physical therapy through ongoing training, professional workshops, and networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Aspire Care, you will engage with a varied patient demographic, encompassing children, adults, and elderly clients with conditions ranging from post-surgical recovery and chronic pain to neurological disorders and orthopedic injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in Florida.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and communication purposes.
• Flexibility in treatment approaches to accommodate the needs of various patients.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy, particularly in home care or outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package. This includes:
