Finance Manger

Lead and direct all financial operations, strategic fiscal planning, and accounting functions. Develop long-term financial strategies, annual budgets, and risk management frameworks to ensure organizational financial health, compliance, and profit maximization. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the corporate financial strategy to support long-term business goals and capital investments. Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to optimize liquidity and operational capital. Direct the preparation of periodic and annual financial statements in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS). Establish and maintain robust internal control systems, financial risk management policies, and statutory compliance. Analyze financial performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable data-driven recommendations to C-suite leadership. Manage relationships with banking institutions, auditors, tax authorities, and financial partners. Lead, mentor, and build high-performing finance and accounting teams to drive departmental excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree / MBA preferred). 8 to 12 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial or executive role. Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly preferred. Deep expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), corporate taxation, and local financial regulations. Practical proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial analytics tools. Full professional fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
