These environments require a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and technical expertise. Most projects are completed in small, collaborative teams, so strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.Key Responsibilities:Perform service calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues with Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection systemsInstall and configure new security systems in a variety of environments, including healthcare facilitiesCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standardsEnsure compliance with safety, privacy, and industry regulations, especially in medical settingsMaintain accurate documentation and service recordsPreferred Experience & Skills:2+ years of experience in electronic security systemsFamiliarity with platforms such as LenelS2, Genetec, Avigilon, RS2, AMAG, or similarExperience working in hospital or medical environments is highly preferredStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive learning mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in team settingsRelevant certifications in Access Control, CCTV, or Intrusion Systems are a plusCurrent DCJS and valid driver's license with ability to travel within the Richmond regionWhy Join Us?Competitive salary range: $60,000 – $83,000, based on experience and certificationsOpportunities for professional development and industry certificationsSupportive team culture with a focus on employee growth and successWork with cutting-edge security technologies in mission-critical environmentsBe part of a company that values your input and fosters a collaborative work environment
