Finance ManagerAntwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and driving the company’s financial strategy.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.Manage accounting functions, including audits, tax filings, and month-end closing.RequirementsPrevious Auto Sales Experience is RequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.Previous F & I Experience is a PLUSStrong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary range from $52,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year.Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and disability insurance and more.401(k) retirement planVacation pay after 1 yearSick days available upon hireOpportunities for professional development and career growth.About the CompanyAntwerpen Automotive is a leading company dedicated to innovation and excellence in the automotive industry.
