Make Your Mark.MileOne is now hiring a high-performing Regional Automotive Finance & Insurance Director to lead F&I operations across our successful Harrisburg-area platform.This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive F&I leader who knows how to develop talent, drive revenue, and build high-performing teams. You’ll lead an 8-person F&I team while partnering with dealership leadership to improve performance, training, and the customer experience.Experience Everything MileOne Has to Offer: Competitive Compensation: $300,000–$600,000 annually, based on experience and performance Strong partnerships with local and national lending organizations Supportive, performance-driven culture Professional growth and advancement opportunities Essential Duties:Set and achieve F&I revenue, penetration, profitability, and performance goalsHire, train, coach, and develop F&I and sales teams while ensuring consistent use of the MileOne F&I processLead daily training on automotive finance, insurance, protection products, finance programs, and customer serviceBuild lender relationships and secure competitive rates, programs, and alternative financing optionsPartner with Sales Managers to improve F&I turnover, finance penetration, dealership profitability, and sales performanceOversee reporting, forecasting, budgeting, paperwork, fee collection, and compliance with federal, state, and local F&I regulationsPartner with leadership and manufacturers on F&I training, development programs, licensing, and best practicesQualifications:5+ years of automotive finance and insurance experience Reynolds & Reynolds (IGNITE), RouteOne, and eLeads experience High proficiency with Microsoft Office, automotive software, internet applications, and mathProven leadership experience coaching, motivating, and developing teams Strong customer service, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Self-motivated, organized, and solutions-oriented Our MileOne Employee Advantage:MileOne believes that taking care of our employees is the most important step in creating a positive workplace and a successful company.
