General Laborer / Dock Worker – Full-Time

Service Bros Transport is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Dock Worker to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to learn new skills, grow within the company, and build a long-term career in the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload freight from trailers.
• Assist with dock operations and freight handling.
• Perform truck and trailer inspections.
• Check and maintain tire pressures.
• Assist with tire repairs and replacements.
• Support mechanics with shop maintenance and repairs.
• Keep the warehouse, dock, yard, and shop clean and organized.
• Move equipment and materials throughout the facility.
• Perform other general labor duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
