Who You Are Global Supply Chain Management, Material Program Manager, Staff

What You Will Be Doing Material Program Manager-Staff, manages subordinate teams overseeing subcontractors or critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies. Directs and manages all costs, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and is required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system. Develops sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs, execution, and risk management. Acts as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office. Responsible for and directs all phases of the subcontract from initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, transition to program startup, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability, program execution, and contract closeout. Makes informed decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor. Establishes milestone objectives to manage performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications. Leads a cross-functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel, to ensure successful subcontract execution and program delivery.

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. This position is located at a facility that requires special access; you must be a US Citizen and possess an Active US Government Secret Security Clearance to be considered. Occasional travel could be required (~10%) AeroSCM

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or at least 9 years of professional experience in a Supply Chain Management related field Experience working in secure environments. Experience with Truth and Negotiation Action (TINA) and commercial contract Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines. Experience negotiating contracts to closure and giving detailed status of negotiations in process, to Executive Leadership and External Customers Experience developing long-term strategies (i.e. financial planning, leading a team, corrective action, process improvements (White, Green, or Black Belt)) Experience working in SAP as well as Supply Chain systems, tools and analytics. Experience with demand reconciliation Experience as a Team Lead for procurement, integration or material management teams.

Employee will work on-site full-time

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
